In
1995, Padraig Og set
up a production kitchen
on another site in Dublin
to cater for the growing
demand for product
from the restaurant. In
addition, the company
sells traditional Irish
produce to other outlets
throughout Dublin. The
success of the
restaurant has also
demanded an increase
in the size of the
production kitchen, and
in 2008 Padraic Og
opened a larger state-
of-the-art production
kitchen in Hibernian
Industrial Estate in
Tallaght. |
